Pancakes are so fun and easy to make. This 2 ingredient gluten free pancake recipe is super simple and tastes great with the banana providing their natural sweetness.

How to make Gluten Free Banana Pancakes

1. Mash the banana with a fork.

2. Add the eggs and beat until smooth.

3. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add a drop of coconut oil.

4. Once the oil is hot pour some batter into the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Adding ½ tsp baking powder makes the pancakes extra fluffy.
