Healthy, refreshing and delicious, jazz up your favourite salad and add lots of extra flavour with one of these quick and easy-to-make homemade dressings.

Ingredients

3 Simple Salad Dressings

Classic French Dressing

  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 tblsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Tiny pinch of sugar to taste
  • Salt & pepper

Honey & Mustard Dressing

  • 2 tblsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp runny honey
  • Salt & pepper

Asian Dressing

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tblsp rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Asian fish sauce

How to make 3 Simple Salad Dressings

1. Place ingredients for chosen dressing in a jar and shake until combined.

These salad dressings will keep fresh in your fridge for several days. Just remember to give them a shake before serving.
