Balance Mineral Drink is a powdered food supplement that contains magnesium, zinc, potassium, calcium and vitamin D, which makes it great at reducing fatigue, improving energy and replacing electrolytes.
Magnesium - contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Zinc – contributes to normal cognitive function, macronutrient metabolism, protein synthesis and immune function.
Potassium – contributes to normal muscle function and the nervous system
Calcium – contributes to normal energy metabolism, muscle function, bone maintenance and neurotransmission.
Vitamin D – contributes to the normal function of the immune system, muscle function, and bone maintenance.
Balance Mineral Drink provides 100% NRV of vitamin D3, 30% NRV of magnesium, zinc and calcium, and 15% NRV of potassium.

Balance Mineral Drink is for anyone over the age of 16 who experiences fatigue and tiredness.

One 5.5 g portion/stick per day. Open and pour into a glass containing 150ml of water or milk, stir well and enjoy.
