Made with fresh mango, carrot juice and yoghurt, this refreshing and healthy smoothie is naturally sweet and delicious. You can try adding some ginger to this recipe to make it sweet & spicy.

Ingredients

Carrot & Mango Smoothie

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 8 ice cubes, crushed
  • 100ml carrot juice
  • 100ml plain yoghurt

How to make Carrot & Mango Smoothie

1. Mix all the ingredients until frothy.

2. Serve immediately.
