Overnight Oats are utterly delicious and such a simple breakfast option. Soaked in soya milk, maple syrup and cocoa powder, the oats and coconut are so flavourful, whilst the Chia seeds add texture and additional protein for a nutritious and energy-boosting way to start your day.
1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and combine.
2. Place the mixture into your favourite glass and cover.
3. Pop into the fridge overnight to set. Best served fresh! I served my breakfast with fresh fruit, coconut chips, oats, chia seeds and a sprig of mint.
I hope you give these delicious chocolate and coconut overnight oats a try! And if you do, be sure to tag the picture #AVogelRecipes on Pinterest so we can see :)
Oats are among the world’s healthiest grains. They are renowned for being an excellent source of slow release energy, stabilising blood sugar and helping to keep you feeling fuller for longer. Packed with goodness, they have been linked to numerous health benefits including helping to lower cholesterol, improving digestion and boosting the immune function.
