I created this easy-to-make smoothie to soothe all tummy troubles – mint, ginger and chia are incredibly calming for the digestion system. Plus rocket, lime and cucumber are excellent detoxifiers and absolutely full of nutrients.
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
