I’ve loved eating Nākd raw fruit and nut bars so much lately that I decided to create my own version, using only a few ingredients. Great as an on the go treat, pre/post work snack or healthy breakfast bar, these no-bake, cold pressed bars (or balls) are naturally sweet and packed with protein.
1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix at high speed until the ingredients come together (making sure to scrape down the edges, as the mixture tends to stick inside the blender). This should take around 5 minutes.
2. Once your yummy mixture is ready, mould into bars or balls and place onto a lined tray. I topped off my bars with a sprinkling of chia seeds for added goodness!
3. Set in the fridge for 2 hours before serving. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
