This yummy fresh fruit drink is super easy to make and tastes as good as it looks. Refreshingly delicious and hydrating, the flavours of mint, lime and watermelon work beautifully together, making it a perfect thirst quencher.
1. Place your watermelon and ice into your blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed.
2. Then add in the sugar, salt and lime juice. Blend again until fully combined & smooth.
3. Pour your yummy watermelon drink into your favourite glass. Decorate with a slice of fresh watermelon and a light drizzle of Agave Nectar for added sweetness (optional) and a few leaves of mint.
I hope you give this delicious watermelon, mint & lime cooler a try! And if you do, be sure to tag the picture #AVogelRecipes on Pinterest so we can see :)
Watermelons are made up of mostly water (approx. 92%), which makes them the perfect thirst quenchers and ideal for preventing dehydration. Their fibre content can also help keep your digestive system, whilst their vitamin A content is beneficial for your hair and skin.
