Tone and strengthen your upper body with push ups. This exercise works on the arms, shoulders and chest, as well as the abdominal muscles.
This exercise trains your oblique (side) muscles using a simple twisting motion and an elasticated band.
This exercise tones and strengthens your glutes and legs, and also strengthens the muscles in your back.
The infamous plank gives a whole body workout, but focuses mostly on the abdominal and back muscles.
Using resistance bands, this exercise helps to tone the outer leg muscles, or abductors, as well as the core muscles.
The Tricep Extension uses a resistance band to tone and strengthen the muscles at the back of your arms – the triceps.
