HI Louise 42 is still a little young to be starting the menopause (although it can happen in some cases) so this could be caused by a variety of factors. If this continues I would see your doctor but check your diet too, high carb foods and lack of plain water can very easily cause painful bloating! Fatigue, again can be caused by a number of factors, your doctor can test you for low iron and low thyroid function just to rule these out.

I am having terrible trouble with my digestive tract since New Year. I hope by taking a supplement that things will improve and I can get on with life. I'm frustrated as I eat healthily and exercise but still feel fat and frumpy and fed up too

I m 37 years old. I am suffering from frequent uterus pain from 4-5 months. I consult around 7-8 doctor suggested by family or friends. All of them prefer tablets to me. Those tablets cause massive side effects on me like polyuria, high body temperature, body pain etc. Please suggest something. My menses are absent from 6-8 months. Some told that my menopause has arrived but this stomach pain is really killing me. If u can really help please tell some remedy. I waiting for your reply.

Can you take these tablets if you are still having periods but are having symptoms such as heavy periods, bloating and not sleeping well? If you are perimenopausal? Thanks

Hi Anji No, this is not recommended if you are getting heavy periods, sorry. If the bleeding isn't too excessive you could try the herb Agnus castus although it can take several cycles to show benefit. If the bleeding is really heavy or doesn't stop or you are getting periods very frequently then it is really important to see your doctor just in case anything else is a factor.
